Tuning Room Chiropractic Consultation - £97.00

For new patients only

This forms your first appointment at The Tuning Room Chiropractic and takes 40 minutes. We will listen to your health history, why you want to receive chiropractic care, and obtain your goals for care. We will make sure we understand how your problem is affecting your everyday life, and what it would feel like to be back to normal again and out of pain. We will perform an exam from head to toe to find the root cause of your problem. This will include postural analysis, a full nervous system assessment, functional movement screen and a chiropractic examination with a spinal chart, plus full body muscle testing. It will be the most in depth MOT you have ever had!

Once booked in, we'll call you to arrange a follow up Report of Findings appointment. This is a review of your first visit where we will let you know if we can help. Otherwise, we will refer you to the best suited medical professional in the community.

Infrared Sauna (+Cold Plunge) FIRST Experience - £47.00

**FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE**
Your experience at The Tuning Room you will be greeted by one of our team, with a quick tour of our facilities and a welcome drink. You will be educated to the depth of your wishing on the benefits of the experience, plus how to use the equipment safely and comfortably. We will then guide you through how to begin your experience and leave you in the sanctuary of the sauna alone for your experience. We mandate that everyone MUST shower directly before entering the sauna and the cold plunge. Not only will this cleanse and clean your physical and auric bodies, it will wipe the slate clean to maximise the skin cell exposure to the infra red light.

This is an amazing exploration into a world of inner most warmth and your bitterest cold. A feeling of expansion within your blood vessels facilitated by the warmth and radiation of the heat ,combined with the infra-red light, which will stimulate your powerhouse cells mitochondria to repair at an accelerated rate. 20-30 minutes is optimum time exposure to infra-red and even shorter time frames for novices. This experience is only heightened and maximised by the polarity of going from 70 degrees Celsius into a cold water plunge submersion of 2 degrees. You are not obligated to use both heat and cold. Witness your stress physiology kick in and the power of your innate intelligence to rapidly change in response to the eustress of the cold.

Terms & Conditions

This reservation is for the allocated time slot you have chosen. If you wish to change this booking please allow us 24 hours notice, and you can transfer this credit to a new time slot.
If you need to reschedule or cancel without 24 hours notice of your appointment, payment is non refundable and can not be transferred to a new booking.

All bookings are taken with the mutual agreement that we reserve an allocated time slot, with the practitioner requested, and specifically for whoever the appointment is made for. Once booked, we expect that you honour and fulfil that agreement.
In the event that you are not able to fulfil the booking as agreed, for whatever reason, we require at least 24 working hours’ notice to transfer your booking to another appointment in the future.
Any unfulfilled appointments without 24 hours’ notice will be chargeable in full. This charge will either be:
• Deducted from your account credit (if prepaid or on a care plan)
• Deducted from your stripe account card details (These are stored securely on your file if you previously booked online).
• Noted as outstanding on your account for future reconciliation, on attendance of your next appointment.

Please note we do not operate our clinic phone on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. You are welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment online via your email link booking during these hours. All email reminders for Monday will be sent out via email on the preceding Friday72 hours before your appointment.

At the time of booking routine appointments, you will be notified of this policy in a verbal manner by our team, and it will be attached on the bottom of all confirmation emails. We will also display these updated terms in the clinic.

Our commitment to you is that we endeavour to honour your booking time slot with the specified practitioner, where at all reasonably possible. In the event of practitioner absence, for whatever reason, you will be offered an alternative practitioner to fulfil the same time slot as agreed, as to not disrupt your care plan, as far as reasonably possible. If you wish to remain with the same practitioner, we will offer you the next available slot with that requested practitioner in the future.
